Felt inspired to share how fortunate I feel right now. for so many many reasons but especially in this moment I am grateful for the bike helmet I was wearing and for the super awesome people who stopped to make sure I was alright. You know it is so true, everything can change in a split second. And boy am I grateful to have had this experience to remind me that when its raining the street car tracks are slick, though I have been riding over them for almost 30 yrs you can forget...and helmets can really save a lot of trauma. tonight in a split second I went straight over my handle bars and my head was first to take the impact, or rather my helmet. Feeling pretty awesome that it was a lesson with no serious consequences. Ride safe out there, be present and mindful and wear a helmet….just saying I have a good feeling I am able to write this from my studio and not from the hospital because of it and feel it defiantly saved me from having a serious cracked skull. xoxoxoxoxoxoxooxoo B
