Fibromyalgia SUCKS!!!! Just saying! But I continue working out even if I have to buy a bag of ice every day and soak in it before I go to bed. The last 2 days have been almost unbarably painful but I muddled through an hour swim last night and a couple of games of dodgeball tonight. Now for a movie and I will probably literally crawl into bed. Hormones on Monday will hopefully help a massage tomorrow and lots of homeopathics in between. Praying for strength to not take pain meds. I got this---no pain no gain----there must be a lot of gain waiting for me at the end of this journey!!!!
