You need to change the type, volume, tempo and rest time (even just one of these variables) to continue pushing through plateaus and challenging your body. Food needs to be looked at in the same way. If you eat the same thing and the same macros and caloric intake day in and out, your body will get used to it to... Never let your body get used to something. It is smarter than we give it credit for.
