Figured Id share this on here. This is Dozer. A Rottweiler. A loving dog thats as nice as ever. I seen him at 7:00am Saturday Morning as I was walking my dog. I seen him again around noon, not thinking anything of it other than maybe its a coincidence hes out again. So I head out around 5pm and come home at 9pm to Dozer still outside this apartment. I head down around the back alley to see whats up. I came across neighbors who say that this dog doesnt even belong to this apartment, they are supposed to be house sitting the dog, but they themselves are gone for the day. The day? Its now pushing midnight and this dog is still neglected. Not to mention the Pitbull of their own thats stuck in the house that is also neglected. I called 911 but apparently this isnt an emergency. I called Animal Control at 9:00pm and its not 11:45 and nobody has shown up.
