Film review - Paddington. Its got all the childrens story elements. An easily empathetic hero. A seemingly impossible mission. Danger. A normal family (actually they are all complete whackjobs and live in a house that wouldnt be even a marginal case for any mansion tax). More danger featuring a conflict between good and evil (unusually evil is seriously good looking). Resolution featuring evil not only being overcome but being ritually humiliated. Happy ending. I enjoyed it. Son enjoyed it despite dozing off in the middle. Grandson enjoyed it which is the whole point. I was glad as I did wonder if a 3 1/2 year old could work with it.
