Final Update(I hope): Chelsey is doing great! She is getting better and better each day. We are on track to being fully recovered. The only hurdle left to cross is to get her over being afraid to leave our side. But I know this will come in time also. Once again James and I CAN NOT begin to say Thank You enough for everything that everyone has done for us and all the prayers that were prayed. We dont even know who all did help us, so I hope our Thank Yous spread wide and far. There are a few people that did a lot to help us. We feel they truly deserve public recognition from us for their support. First of all our mothers, Denita Brock and Cindy Hudson. Neither of them rarely left our side. They ran errands, washed clothes, feed us, watched Chandler, and anything that we ask of them. Secondly, Gary Richardson, our pastor, was by our side at all times whether in person or by phone! I never knew how comforting it would be to see his face until I looked up and saw him in the ER just as we stepped off the ambulance! Fish Robinson rallied the Community Church to support us. Third, Amberlyn Melton Liles, Karen Taylor Cassada, Betsy McCurdy and Ashley Callery. All of these ladies prayed non stop with us, for us, and at all hours. We could call them any time of the night and their comforting voice answered to pray with us. They also came to see us multiple times and brought loads of stuff ever time they came! They are truly great friends in the good and bad times! After we got home Melissa Self worked for days to get her hair back beautiful (trust me this was no easy task)!!! Allyson Odom Mize made us cookies to decorate, so Santa wouldnt have to leave hungry from our house! And lastly, Santa made a special stop on Christmas Eve since Chelsey had missed him at all of his other stops this year. We truly never knew how much people truly loved our sweet Chelsey. She has been a blessing in our lives since the first day we learned that she was coming and she has never stopped being that to us! We hope that you all find her and Chandler to be the same blessings in your lives. Our prayer now is that we continually bring Honor and Glory to God, in the good and the bad.
