Finally.. A successful one! Thanks all mommies for sharing. I cant remember where I got it from as I only wrote down on my notebook. Its soft and smells good. Recipe here: 100ml cold water (I used fresh milk) 2tbsp sugar (I used molasses sugar) 1tsp salt (hoho, I used sea salt) 135g steamed pumpkin and let cold before add in 300g high protein flour 1tsp yeast 25g unsalted butter Steps (adapt from another recipe) 1. Steam pumpkin and let cool 2. Pour milk in pan, sugar on left, salt on right 3. Add in pumpkin 4. Add in flour 5. Make a well and add in yeast 6. Set tesco bm with no.1, loaf size 1.5lbs, crust light. 7. After few minutes of kneadingl, add in butter 8. Let bm do the job! 9. When timer at 0:10, peep n see if colour is good. I off the bm at 0:07 and take out the bread. I dont like the hard crust. Read another tips (sorry, i read a lot and mix up, only remember points, heheh), it is fine to remove at 0:10 depends on personal preference.
