Finally did it yesterday. No, not that! Get your mind out of the gutter; geesh, this is a family site. I have NO idea why you would even think that of me... Im talking about a motor vehicle decision. And a quality of life decision - - - just not my quality of life. Although not the main reason, we purchased a new [to us] car so the dogs would have more room when were travelling together as a family. Are we the only ones who consider their pets when making a decision of this magnitude? Elissas Volvo was working just fine, but it certainly wouldnt fit three dogs for any length of time. So one of the considerations was a vehicle that would hold all three comfortably. Id like to think that the main reason was safety and comfort for us; but the jury is still out. We traded in both our cars for one SUV; good-bye Jeep and Volvo. I might have shed a tear when I handed over the keys to my Jeep. But since I rarely drive anymore, it didnt make sense to pay insurance and registration on a car that basically sat in our driveway. I just hope the pets approve of the our color choice. Its a really cool-looking tone and its the first time Elissa owned this make of car. I know the year of the car is good for us, not too old, but not brand-spanking new. A lot of firsts here. Heres wishing everyone a day where we feel confident that the decisions we make are the right ones. And that were somewhat vague when sharing exciting news with our friends.
