Finally got Sharon Marchwinski in the Y....we go there tonight for the first time. Start off in exercise machines....looking at them and overwhelmed myself. I had no clue which one to start on or even how to start them. One of the staff came over and help get us started. Starting off on the bicycles...legs too short. We had to make some adjustments then we were our way. Sharon was already saying it felt weird to be on a bike after sooo many years. Then we went to the treadmill followed by elliptical. Sharon said the elliptical made her legs hurt...I guess it did it job. Told her we were going to walk a lap on the track. She kepted telling me that she was feeling funny and that she was afraid of heights...I thought she was just being defiant. By the time we got to the other side of the track. ..she starts feeling really faint. I get her down on the floor then she went into a seizure. I got her head on my lap...we were both pretty sweaty at this time. After the seizure was over we got staff to help get her down the elevator...filled incident report out then wheelchair out. By the time I got her in the van and starting to leave, Sharon told me.... see I told you I was afraid of heights! I believe her now. That was the end of her four month and two day seizure free streak.....praising God for those four months!!!!
