Finally got a little workout in today. Been out for a while so I took it slow. Just a bit of steady state cardio and some abs. Body still doesnt feel even close to 100% but it felt good to get my sweat on. ***I did a few variations of abs. Here is one of the supersets: 4 sets and 20 reps of each in superset. Estuve fuera por un tiempo, así que tomé las cosas con calma. Sólo un poco de cardio y algunos abdominales.
