Finally got around to painting some real tea paintings, inspired by my experiments a few months ago. Here is the beginning of a tea box series that I designed and painted. I have one more coming for Chia Tea. I learned that in order to get any real greens or blues you have to cheat and use watercolor. I did find a nice bright yellow however, by dissolving turmeric in water and straining out the powder. Another novel characteristic of these paintings is that they smell like potpourri!
