Finally home from the hospital and processing what just happenend. I feel like I have a balloon in my chest, that keeps expanding. Its hard to explain, but seeing my brand new baby nephew laying on my sisters chest, brings a huge rush of elation to my entire being, bringing me to tears. It makes me think, what is that? I already know what it is, the Vagus Nerve. But what triggers it? Our love and empathy toward each other; our connection to each other. The only times ive ever experienced these types of feelings are when I experience a deep connection with someone, or I see the connection in someone else. Im experiencing a deep feeling of love and gratitude to the universe today, something we should all experience more often.
