Finance Administration Assistant Gladstone Austral Lending is a dynamic all finance solutions business with offices around Central Queensland. We now require the services of a Part time Finance Administration Assistant to work in a flexible job share position. We are seeking a bright, energetic person who is a team player, has a positive work attitude and is driven to develop & achieve. The successful candidate will: -Possess excellent verbal, written & communication skills - Ensure attention to detail & enjoy working with numbers - Be proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Excel and Word - Demonstrate a high level of initiative - Be able to multi task and plan towards meeting deadlines There are many different aspects to the role, but your days will be spent assisting our finance team. This includes all aspects of administration including customer contact, reporting requirements, data input and organisation of client invoices and files. This is a part time, job share position, with on-the- job training provided. Previous experience with an administration position or in the finance industry would be advantageous.
