We are PT Haleyora Power (“PT HP”), subsidiaries of PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) (“PT PLN”), which conducting business in-related to electricity in Indonesia. Establish in 2011, specialized in providing services for project management related to operating and maintenance (“O&M”) for medium voltage / low voltage transmission network and also distribution network. PT HP undertake project management for PT PLN’s O&M Transmission and Distribution such as coordinating, scheduling and controlling the activities for entire PT PLN’s O&M Transmission and Distribution work by using a software called Enterprise Asset Management (“EAM”) which developed solely for this purpose, also PT HP obtain O&M Transmission and Distribution contract from PT PLN to be implemented by PT HP’s subsidiary namely PT Haleyora Powerindo (“PT HPI”), a company in Bandung, West Java, that conduct services similar to PT HP’s core business.
