Finding My Tribe Journal Entry 03/02/2014 Just saying...... is it just me, hello Taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ, What a wonderful day, a day filled with opportunity at every turn to put this verse into action, thank you Jesus! Sometimes apprehending those thoughts before they exit the city (my mouth) and other times to quick to speak, and in my mind the siren is going off you know the one that you hear in the James Bond movie just before the Island blows up (LOL), the one were your inserting your foot in your mouth... each day in the body of Christ an adventure, each day the opportunity to just lay it all down at His feet and simply exhale and inhale the breath of heaven. I love it when God uses earthly vessels to impart things to you, and you are so aware that they dont even know that the Holy Spirit just used them! This day was all about the city between my ears; lets face it we all know that, not all the citizens of that city are upstanding (our wonderful thoughts) so we take those citizens (thoughts) captive to the obedience of Christ. I find myself muttering under my breath Lord I put that thought captive It helps to say this often in order to keep that foot taste out of our mouths (LOL). I am not sure if anyone else out there has a similar problem, but tomorrow will be full of opportunities to put this verse to practice again. God Bless, Susana Like · · Promote · Share.
