Finished the netted box to protect the new TV. Plus bought a screen protector, which is supposedly able to withstand being hit. I hope that equals childproof. So just in case its not I built the PVC box and added netting. Its not pretty, but should serve its purpose. And yes I can remove it if I want to watch tv. I was actually thinking about setting up a pulley. Its anchored at the top, so I can flip it up from the bottom and secure it in that position. Now that I look at it, it seems like something you might see on one of those hillbilly tv reality shows. LOL. Oh yeah added the ikea box on the wall to get the electronics out of arms reach too.
