Kit Sung | 117th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment (Hawaii) | Date Taken: 07/22/2013 Hawaii Army National Guard soldiers of the 297th Engineer Firefighters Team conducted annual training July 8-22 at Kalaeloa, Hawaii. During a practice scenario firefighters calculated wind speed and angles of approach in order to secure an aircraft on fire within critical time constraints. Firefighters adjusted their strategy to use the tactical firefighting truck after there was no accessible water.
