First Call For Help is looking for a dynamic Executive Director to lead this non-profit organization as it meets the needs of the community. The Director must develop and maintain organizational policies and effectively work with clients from various demographics. The Director must write grant requests plus establish and maintain close working relationships with other United Way agencies. Experience with leadership, coaching and supervision of staff required. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in human services or related field and have a minimum of 3 years experience in a non-profit organization.
