First, May God bless and keep this child within his strength and glory. I will pray for this child. 2nd, This nurse has a TRUE NURSEs heart. Hes not there for the money or the hours. Nurses, never forget the impact we have another human being.To be strictly scientifically concrete a silly song, lowered her heart rate, ^ her oxygen levels and exercised lungs, decreased her stress levels of cortisol which increases her healing capacity, and relaxed her so she can enter the resting phase when the body repairs itself. a FEW of the benefits of a silly song. The Psychological, emotional, spiritual effects are just to numerous to name but the main two to me are are Support and HOPE. The human body HAS to have Human support/Contact and HOPE to thrive/survive . Just a silly song shared by Nurse Tom did more good than we can ever know. This makes me so proud to be a Nurse and a Nursing Instructor. Some Instructor taught the young man very well!!
