First Music Club of 2015 this Wednesday, all about live albums. Frank Zappas studio albums were often built on top of existing live performances, especially from the mid seventies on. To differentiate, the live albums released as such were 100% live, with No overdubs! proudly displayed on the covers, remarkable given the large bands and complex nature of the material.
