First...a Great Big Shout Out and a Big Thank You! Thank You! Thank You to David Ceryes. Im Extremely Grateful for his help yesterday. Helped me with the electrical and removed the rest of the framing and paneling off the one wall that is causing problems. David went well beyond what he needed to help me with and also cut up all the scrap wood for me. For the first time I have a burn pile for my fire pit. As you can see by the photos....Found a major spot with mold and it just happens to be in the same exact location that my rain gutter is going down into this under ground drainage area, that the neighbor and I share that runs between our houses. David cut the rain gutter and removed it from the drainage hole. That makes me really happy. This drainage system was put in by two different home owners. Who wants excess water running down into your foundation...??? Not me. When I bought the house had no idea that their was a room sealed off down in the basement. When looking in the Electrical Breaker Box found I had a breaker Labeled Fruit Room. Now for cleaning all the mold and then sealing all the brick. Dont care about all the time and money I spent painting everything....Removing all that paneling and finding the problems and fixing them ....are so worth it. Next I want to remove all these plants and bushes that are planted all near the foundation of my house. Already told some friends ...if you want some plants...you can have them all...EXCEPT My True Loves My Pretty Wild Flowers. My sister was wanting a slip of one plant.....Kim ...take the whole plant and all the rest...LMAO!!!! I will not shed a tear...Once Again....A Big Thank You To You Dave and all your help : ) Extremely Grateful. : )
