First day doing this workout and Im in LOVE!!! Hubbys always looking for ways to challenge to me. This is a great challenge to throw my body off of its routine and to get stronger. Love it, it works your entire body. .. arms, back, shoulders, booty, legs and core ♡ If you dont have a bar be creative and use a broom, stick ...etc even if it doesnt have weights holding a stick really makes a difference with your posture and motion.
