First day working out and it was pretty pathetic! Im definitely out for shape and need to lose about 50lbs. 2 sets each for pecs and lats for two different machines, 2 sets for quads and hamstrings, and 1000 meters on the rowing machine. Called it done. Start slow, work into 60 minute workouts. Free consult with a personal trainer on Friday, lets hope I can do 30 minutes without feeling like Im going to have a heart attack. LOL
