First ever opportunity to earn a full year of professional wrestling training for free. ($1200 value) Arrive early, sign ups start at 9:00. Please wear workout style clothing as you will be participating in a 2-3 hour workout. Normal training gear consists of t-shirt, shorts, knee pads, elbow pads and athletic shoes. If you choose to wear wrestling shoes, know there will be running on the pavement involved in the workout. Bring a sweatshirt as it may be cold, so you may need it until you warm up and to cover up after you break a sweat and are inactive for periods throughout the workout. Bring water as it is always suggested that you stay hydrated. No prior sports experience is required, but being in shape and having an athletic background may be beneficial. Participants will be evaluated on effort, skill, participation and a variety of other skills and talents benefitial to be successful in the world of pro wrestling.
