First experience with #Sudarshan #Kriya in #AOL : It started with a giggle and then intermittent smile, I got angry for some moments at myself. Crazily It ended with me laughing at myself for all the mistakes I made in book and thinking about how strong I have been in last few years. It was amazing.. I cried on myself. Felt more powerful than ever but with empty mind. Looks like nothing matters in life but to be happy.
