First let me apologize for our late Start of the show called The Book on WPRN Radio Network aka Power Praise Radio Network WE had to upgrade at the most awkward time but its OK we made it through! When we are in upper management dealing with people we have to learn how to Build Up someone to achieve higher and not dwell on the weak part of handling a specific task but take time to coach the person.
