First of all he didnt have to answer any questions of any sort thats his right and he wasnt arrested at that time so they had no cause to forcibly detain him which leads also to the point they never said why they approached him in the first place, also clenching fist and staring at them in any manner isnt threatening, if he was even doing that..., how do you know... Well he had a puppy in his hand so how did he clench his fist and flail them when they even admitted to having to pry the little dog out his hands! People stop believing their lies, they protect their own! REGARDLESS OF YOUR FEELINGS WE AS PEOPLE HAVE RIGHTS AND COPS FOR SOME REASON FEEL LIKE THEIR AUTHORITY TRUMPS YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL GOD GIVEN RIGHTS! THIS MUST STOP!
