First off, I will start by saying that I am an extremely patient person who seldom, if ever, complains...I had to drop my phone off yesterday to have the battery changed out due to it being faulty. I had to drive all the way back to Cincinnati today after work to pick my phone back up....not ideal, but whatever, I need my phone. The parking lot at the mall was pretty full for a Monday afternoon, but I figured it was just rich stay at home moms who were shopping for cute maternity clothes and Coach purses. When I walked into the mall, it was completely empty..like hear your footsteps empty. Cool, Im thinking, this is going to be quick. I turn the corner into the Apple Store and low and behold, there are at least 10,000 people in there. One person representing each country of the world at a minimum. It was good for people watching, but thats about it. I finally get approached by an extremely nerdy guy who cant seem to find my name in the system. He proceeds to ask me if I would have given a different name when I dropped my phone off. Really numb nuts?! Yeah, I felt like being a Sue yesterday so I just went with it!! He then tells me to go sit at a table across the room that has 8 seats and 400 people around the table. As I wait, standing next to the assigned table, I observe rich toddlers slamming iPads onto the table with brute force and laughing as their parents surf on their tablet nearby and dont pay a lick of attention to them. Carry on bad babies, do your thang. And there were so many yoga pants. Yoga pants everywhere...Some that were understandable and others I just wanted to ask them if they realized that their pants were being swallowed by their ass. Well, I now have my phone after only having to waste two more hours of my life. Hey, hey #samsung, you and I are going to have to hook up very soon....😑
