First, thank you Scott Miller for posting this. Now the rest. This saddens me on so many levels. The law allows him to be there. The people waiting for their trains are not being harassed by him (they may not like his music but its not harassment). Why are the police even approaching him then? He doesnt appear drunk or drugged. Seriously, this is a problem that becomes greater and greater. When we are supposed to trust our police/government/etc. they keep making it more and more difficult. The breach between citizens and governmental agencies, i.e. the police is getting larger and larger. Its not exactly a race or class thing. It really depends on whos watching and what the coverage is. However, I am so tired of seeing rights stomped on. Without doing anything wrong one can be arrested on trumped up (make-believe) charges. I, for one am so used to just going into, Yes sir, No sir shit... They work for us. We are not supposed to be afraid of them and to challenge their authority when they act inappropriate. No one in this video was acting antagonistic or aggressive except for the officer. It saddens me for our state of affairs. When will we really stand up and say enough. K, enough of my rant. Hope it made sense. Im tired and saw this and became angry.
