First-thank you to so many people for your support! In less than 24 hours we have raised $460 in our PledgeCents account. This money will be used to get the pump, lighting and controller to monitor the tank and use real time data and graphing with all the students at WMR. Thank you for donating and sharing our site with your family and friends. We can definitely use all the money for this tank. We have LOTS of room to fill and I would love to get some schooling fish and new corals and invertebrates to observe. Update on phase 3 - we have finished emptying the 120 but have found a few leaks. We need a new pump and the protein skimmer has a leak around the motor housing. John assures me he can find a way to fix it. Until then we run the tank without it. If there is any money left over it will be used for lights and new creatures. Phase 4 - lighting. John is working on this at the house and we hope to have it done tomorrow Phase 5 will be putting all the corals in their new homes and making adjustments to the rock formation in the tank.
