First time I had pain in my back & neck because of the heavy carry-on luggage of our balikbayans. And of course who will help the old ones who cant do it by themselves? They are the first ones to embark and no guy passengers yet who can assist us. thats the drawback of B777, if the baggage is heavy, closing the compartments are hard! sometimes you cant even do it by yourself. We may be called glamourous waiters/waitresses but I must say that the job is not easy. Our concern is triple: safety, food service and usually being kargadors. big difference! so please, those who can put their heavy stuff by themselves in the plane compartments, its not even within 7kg, dont tell us that Its our job to place your stuff in the compartments, we were not hired & trained to do that. At least, appreciate that we assist you as its already an extra-mile service for us to do that for you. Those who think that our salary is big, I should be proud to say that its still HARD-EARNED money! Just imagine if we place each and every bag of hundreds of passengers in the plane in the compartments, you must also call us glamorous superheroes then!
