First undo the 4 spline bolts holding the seat in. Once done there are spline screws holding the plastic trim/surround remove them. You need to remove the reclining knob (screw drive as lever and pops off). Then undo the 4 spline bolts that attach the back section. Now you are left with the base of the seat. I worked from back to front. There is a plastic lip on the seat material that is tucked into the metal lip of the seat. Gentle pull the material down and pull plastic lip out. Work your way around the seat until all material is out. Then just pop the sponge out. Simple just swap base over and job done...
