First world problem, I know there are a ton of bigger issues, but a life lesson learned we wanted to pass along. Hope I do not offend anyone that may directly or indirectly work with the below company...... We will never, ever, buy another Samsung product. 4 year old washer this past summer that took months to get worked out and now the dryer went out. Sears cant get to us for 3 weeks and then it will be weeks after that to have parts etc and fixed. Est would be middle of January before it would be fixed. Call after call, no one will touch a Samsung, apparently well known in the repair industry to be piles of crap. Thought I had completed a good product review before buying but its so hard to get good information anymore. Will be buying the wifey a Maytag/Whirlpool for her Christmas gift!! Yea Krista Thomas!! Have a wonderful Tuesday everyone! And yes my clothes may be a little wet for a few days.....
