Fishbowl offers a variety of user access rights to ensure that each user is seeing and doing exactly the tasks they should. One such right is the ability to override Hold status on a customer. Customers can be set to a status list of Normal, Preferred, Hold Sales, Hold Shipment, or Hold All. When any of the hold status settings are selected, the customers order will be held accordingly. However, we understand that sometimes there are circumstances that allow orders or shipments to be advanced and for this reason we offer user access rights to control important business work flows.
