Fitbit Flex has got to be one of my dumbest purchases ever - i got it a month ago - before Mercury Retrograde (now) and it conks out after four weeks of use - wont recharge, dead. Follow all the instructions on site and from support staff and then realize they WANT you to get lost in endless boring time-wasting cycle of haggling with them so that you give up and stop asking for your money back. They dont send recepits out for purchase so when you claim it wont work and remind them that thousands of people (according to Google) have exactly the same issue with the shonky product, they say they have no record of your purchase, even through their site, delivered to your address etc. So the site looks AMAZING - props for web design but the actual user experience is vile and a MONTH of it working and then hours of arguing with Fitbit is not worth it. That is just FYI, I cant believe i am having such a cliche Mercury Retrograde lol
