Served with green beans. Black Bean Burgers – This black bean burger is packed full of carrots, onions, garlic, fresh herbs and kale. Topped with a chipotle tomato sauce and served with mashed sweet potatoes, and zucchini. Breakfast: Turkey, Eggs & potatoes – Ground turkey tossed with spinach, scrambled free range eggs and egg whites, with a side of potato hash. Apple Cinnamon Pancakes- These apple cinnamon pancakes are a favorite, and we know why. Never feel guilty eating slow digesting gluten free old fashion oats, whey protein, free range eggs, and apples. Top these guilt free pancakes with agave nectar. Turkey & Cheese Casserole – Ground turkey, colored bell peppers, and low fat mozzarella cooked in an egg casserole with farm fresh eggs and egg whites. Enjoy this casserole with our potato hash. Lunches: Herb Marinated Grilled Chicken Breast, Mashed Sweet Potatoes & Green Beans – Our herb marinated grilled chicken is served over mashed sweet potatoes with a side of sautéed garlic green beans. Served over spaghetti squash and topped with broccolini.
