Five Stars! Were delighted with this great review from The Mouth of the Columbia, but Tony and I think it overlooks the most important part of what has made our restaurants great: our staff! Our thanks go to our chef Geoff Gunn, sous chefs Cory Seiber and Ed Cosgrove and an amazing crew of line cooks, all of our star waitstaff (including lead server Debbie Anderson who has been working with us for 25 years!) and, of course, our executive chef of 13 years at The Shoalwater and at the Bridgewater until last year, the high priestess of North Coast cuisine (so named by the first Mouth, Richard Fenscak) Lynne Red Pelletier! All of these folks are professional hospitalitarians--and it is their commitment to our guests that makes The Bridgewater what it is.
