Flamingo and French are a new personal management agency, just starting out in the world! We are very friendly and are looking for professional and committed actors who have good availability and who are not currently represented by an agent. As a new business, we are looking to take on these actors on a temporary basis for a few months to determine a) if there is enough work to sustain their casting and b) if the business itself is going to be sustainable. Unfortunately we cannot accept applications from anyone under 18 and please do not apply if you have not attended a drama school or performance course OR have professional credits or experience but do not have either a Spotlight or Equity membership (one or the other is fine). We are genuinely only taking on a handful of clients in the first instance to ensure we can manage and give everyone the best service. Our fee will be 15% on any work we secure for you. We DO NOT charge a joining or annual fee or take commission for any work you find for yourself. We get paid when you do, thats it. Simple!
