So apologies for the Language here..but..my patience and mood are now all counted down and out ..flopping around on the floor in their last death throes...yesterday ...Royal Mail charged me £43.50 for the pleasure of their premier service which guarantees delivery countrywide before 9.00a.m....so I bit the bullet and did it ...this morning on tracking the parcel had just departed Solent Depot...I am thinking..mmmmm.. This is tight...10.47 it arrives on Hayling Island and when questioned why by the recipient why so late she is verbally abused by some scabby parcel force courier who then doesnt have the right technology for her to sign for it so offers a an equally scabby piece of paper for her signature to cover himself...and then wonders why said recipient demands a screen shot of his machine to show time of arrival...Royal Mail/Parcelforce ..you definitely did NOT do it for Queen and Country today...epic fail!!!!:(((
