Flavour your water! Its easy to make water more appealing. I chopped up an organic fuji apple, and added 2 teaspoons of organic cinnamon chips (broken quills) and let it infuse in filtered water for a few hours. Result was delicious, subtle refreshment, with a gentle gut toning effect and potentially support with blood glucose regulation. After the infusion, I gentle stewed the apples and cinnamon in some water and ate them for dessert. Total winner!
