Flex Friday Part 2 - The short answer is we should be deconstructing the exercise based on our goals. Our goal was to focus the muscular tension on the hamstrings primarily and the glutes secondarily. So we adjusted the movement based on body type and strength curve to make sure muscular tension staying in our target area. As long as you maintain a posture that keeps undue pressure off the lower lumbar region and keep your core braced youre keeping yourself safe. Its not about form thats right or wrong. Its about whats right or wrong FOR YOU.
