Flex Med is seeking a Director of Nursing for a twenty bed free standing Geriatric Psychiatric facility in Southeast Louisiana. Duties: • Manage clinical staff for inpatient facility • Complete Initials Assessments on all patients within 24 hours of admission • Develop a nursing plan designed to meet patient needs • Assist Medical Director •• Maintain orientation, training and continuing education for in-house staff • Schedule 8-5 Monday thru Friday • Assist Out Patient facility with emergencies Requirements: • 5 years of nursing experience, 3 years psych experience • Must be able to communicate in English both verbally • ADN, BSN, MSN • Current Louisiana RN License, maintain BLS and CPI required Contact Flex Med Today if you or someone you know may be interested!!!
