We are thrilled to be growing our Client Services team, and are looking for someone who enjoys talking on the phone with customers and prospective customers. This position requires versatility, patience, and flexibility to answer questions ranging from simple account inquiries, to more complex technical trouble shooting and educating prospective customers. Skills & Required Our ideal candidates will: Enjoy interacting with customers about account/service/billing questions, helping to solve technical issues, and educating prospective customers on the services FlexJobs provides. Have a friendly and patient personality. Have experience in a client or customer service role. Be highly organized, responsible, and ethical. Be completely happy working independently, but also proactive when it comes to reaching out, brainstorming, and working with colleagues. Place high value on the ability to work from your home office and for a company you believe in! Have excellent English speaking, grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills. Other Requirements Have a reliable high-speed internet access, a fast computer, and phone access. Critical to have a quiet work environment in which you can really focus without distractions. Be available to work 20-25 hours/week, generally spread evenly through Monday – Friday but within the hours of 9:00am to 6:00pm (Mountain Standard Time).
