Flipkarts service seems to have deteriorated significantly over the last few months. Of the last three orders I have placed, two have missed their committed delivery date by significant margin...(seller was WS Retail in all cases)... 1) In the first case, I had even paid the additional charges for 1 day delivery, but it still got delivered two days later than the committed delivery date and flipkart, in spite assuring to transfer back the additional charges I paid for one day delivery..did not refund it 2) currently have ordered a book from flipkart, which is still showing expected delivery date of 8th August :).. And have not yet got its delivery... In fact here Delhivery also seems to be an accomplice... The book is lying with Delhivery South Mumbai centre since Aug 7th... Hope Amazon has better customer service!!
