NOW HIRING 400 Seasonal Customer Service Representatives for their call center located in Downers Grove, IL. The position is for their Mother’s Day season (March – May) and as permanent opportunities become available, top performing Seasonal Customer Service Representatives may be considered for available full-time opportunities, as they become available. Customer Service Representatives are responsible: Taking orders for flowers and specialty gift items Assisting customers with questions relating to floral orders placed via the internet, and resolving issues Investigating problems with orders by working with both the customer and the florist Seasonal Customer Service Representatives are also responsible for taking orders and relaying customer service inquiries, as well as some sales (upselling) $11.00 - $12.00/hour Shifts: Morning and Evenings, must be able to have Flexible Hours, Weekends Training { New Hires must be able to attend a 5-day paid training} Bilingual candidates in Spanish are encouraged to apply Job Requirements: The position requires excellent sales, speaking, problem solving, computer and customer service skills.
