Flour Perasad, Ingredience. 1lb ghee 2 cups sugar 4 cups flour 2 tins evaporated milk 1/4 lb raisins 2 teaspoon elaichee ginger ground. Add sugar n milk and heat dont boil. Keep n low heat. Heat ghee add flour and parch for 10 mins over low heat. Stirring constantly until mixture is light brown and gives off an aroma, pour hot liquid, rasins and elaishee into mixture and keep stirring until liquid is absorbed.
