Mr Seow graduated from Singapore Traditional Chinese Medical College in 1999 after undergoing six years of trainings. He was among the first batch of TCM physicians who took the Ministry of Health’s examinations. He was awarded full registration for Acupuncturist and TCM Physician. Since his graduation from Singapore Traditional Chinese Medical College, Mr Seow had worked as an acupuncturist in a restructured hospital and as a TCM physician various clinics. He had also volunteered at various welfare clinics. His active involvement in sports had allowed him to gain a better understanding on the body’s muscular-skeletal system.
