Fognini Beats Hewitt For QF Berth; Isner Advances: Fabio Fognini set a potential quarter-final clash with Rafael Nadal at the China Open after dismissing former World No. 1 Lleyton Hewitt 6-0, 6-2 on Wednesday in Beijing. The American, who is still in with a chance to qualify for the Barclays ATP World Tour Finals, is looking to reach his fifth ATP World Tour final of the season this week. He won the titles in Houston (d. Almagro) and Atlanta (d.Anderson) and finished runner-up in Cincinnati (l. to Nadal) and Washington (l. to del Potro). Isner goes on to meet fourth seed Tomas Berdych. The pair have split their four previous meetings, with Isner winning the most recent clash in the 2012 Winston-Salem Open final.
