Folks: First, our apologies to those who have recently received an email from us indicating your order had shipped (no tracking number listed) when in fact, it has not. We recently upgraded our shipping software which has caused our system to erroneously send out incorrect shipping emails to those of you that have recently ordered one of our products. Our IT crews are working diligently to resolve this issue and we appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. For those who have pending orders, once your order is completed and shipped, you will still receive an email indicating your product has shipped AND a tracking number will be provided. With that being said, if you receive a shipping email without a tracking number, it was forwarded in error. Again, our sincerest apologies to our customers for the confusion and be rest assured, we are working to correct this issue. Thank you for your understanding, patience and loyalty. Robin L.
