Folks... Peace! Things and events that await us in 2015... 1st is the Popes visit from Jan. 15-19... Would the visit be an occassion and moment of renewal and faith awakening...? 2nd, the stability of government would be tested immediately after the papal visit... a sort of test by fire! 3rd is the prospect of the resumption of peace talks between GPH and NDF...and the prospect of JOMAs return to the homeland... 4th is the passage of the Bangsamoro Basic Law and the conduct of plebiscite to approve the law... 5th is the heating up of election fever that would shape the National Elections in May 2016... By mid 2015, the die is cast for the election scenario...! 6th, the SC would be tested by EDCA, BBL, and the continuing debates on savings; the residues of DAP, and high profile political cases Involving PGMA and three Senators of the Republic and Justicess of Sandiganbayan... 7th is characterized by emergencies like power shortage and those natural disaster-related... 8th is the continuing captivity of the benefits of growth by few families... Esp. With ASEAN integration that would exacerbate the wide gap between the poor and the super rich... 9th is the absence of impact of growth on the life of the nations poor and labor sector... 10th is the nations patience will be put to test by the chaos in traffic, cargo trucks, MRT and LRT slow down and state of desrpair...
